General conditions

By commiting to the purchase, You agree on the items' condition, price and quantity.
Make sure You have asked everything You need about the item, received all the photos and verified everything needed.
After receiving the item, please take video of You opening the package and making sure everything is as described.
Otherwise we can't review Your inquiry after delivery.

Return request can only be reviewed, if the unpackaging of items is videographed and shared with Us.
Please take video of unpackaging for Your own safety as Buyer.
We do not provide warranty and returns on used items, but: if the item is substantially damaged during delivery or lost - We provide 100% items' cost return, otherwise You should accept the conditions above before paying. Electrical items are a risk on Our side and Your side, therefore if the electrical item does not work as expected - We provide up to 50% return of the items' cost depending on the defect.

Used items
You should understand that the items are used and We can't fully be responsible for their condition. We describe the item's condition as I see it and acquire acceptance from Your side that it fits Your needs. You should understand that by commiting a payment on this invoice You accept the items' condition and You have no further questions on this topic. We can't be responsible for everything that happens with it during delivery, but We will make sure that items are very well packed from Our side and sent in safest way possible.
